hello guys, i just jumped to Nikon, i have several M42 mount lenses, wanna know where can get the M42-Nikon adapter?

Thanks.

hi!

you can get cheap adapters from ebay, but note that there are 2 kinds. one has a piece of glass which allows infinity focus, but then you have a 1.1X crop factor(like a teleconverter) and it will degrade image quality significantly. the 2nd kind has no glass, but you ll lose infinity focus. the third option is converting the lens completely, but this is not possible with all lenses. of course you can switch to canon or pentax, these will take the lenses with simple adapters.

what lenses are these?
