Hello everybody,
I had an E-P2 with pancake lens. Now consider buying M.ZUIKO DIGITAL ED 40-150mm f4.0-5.6. May i know is there a better recommendation for other lens within the same budget of $4xx. Thanks

Hi.. for m4/3, the only other similar is the Panasonic 45-200 with OIS built in. As you have an oly body, the 40-150 is good enough as you have IBIS. But for $4XX, there isnt much choice. The next best I would recommend (but not within your budget) is the 14-150.

Hi, May i know 14-150 ard how much? Thanks

Hi all,

I got the price for M. ZUIKO 14 - 150mm. ard $818 - $820.
Will there be any lens selling during the IT Showas i not sure whether to buy from the shop or wait for the show to get better offer.
Please advise me Thanks!

HI.. let me clarify.. if you already have the E-P2 with pancake (17mm / f2.8?) and you have the 40-150. Then you "may" need the 14-150 as a general walkabout lens as it has wide (14) to tele (150).

If you dont need wider than 17mm then you dont really need the 14-150. If you need a wider lens but less tele, you can go for the new MSC 14-42 II lens which is quieter.. that gives you a 3x zoom + wide.
Or if you like pancakes and want to go wider, you can go 14mm/f2.5 (panasonic lens)..

Really.. its hard to advise you unless you mention what you want to shoot... also low light? or mostly daylight? etc..

Hi, Thanks for your advise.
I only got 17mm pancake Len. As i new to shooting, I not sure whether which Len i should go for.
I like to shoot pictures of portrait with back scenery. Both day and night.
