Hi all, SLR Revo quoted S$655 with 8GB card and case.

Is this a good price? I was told the OEM batt selling at S$6

The 8GB card given by SLR Revo is a CLASS 6 card while most retailer only give CLASS 4.

planning for hong kong trip in Jun...anyone has any recommendation of camera shops where i can get LX3 accessories? or any good camera shops in general?

thinking of getting macro lens (raynox maybe?), viewfinder, lens hood, some 52mm filters maybe...good enough to go along with my LX3. already got the pandabase extension with wide angle lens thru ebay...loving the wwwwiiiiddddeee angle!

Just to share..
Bought the LX3 from SLR Revo at S$655 + 8GB card + Case, in addition of S$30 for 2nd original batt.

My first M mode photo, 2s Shutter.. taken by hand.. so fun to play the manual shoot..

I tried manual ever since i got my LX3 but the result is forever blur!
Since then i actually sort of give up manual mode.

Any tips for manual - apart from i really need a proper tripod?
settings are based on individual preference/understanding as well right?

For night shot a tripod is a must. For the photo above shown, there is still a slightly blur while zoom in, no matter how stable i hold the camera.

Below is the very good website to know how to play around the shutter, aperture & ISO in Manual mode..

Hi all, please help to provide C&C for above photos.
Both taken using Multi-exposure mode - attempting to create HDR photos.
Tripod is being used.

- My question here -> Is it blur? What do you think of the picture in overall & in quality? Thanks ...
