Still a beginner in photography, after picking up a EPM1 two years ago.

As I learn more about photography, the more I find myself limited in my photography skills(esp. in the art of seeing, techniques and composition).

This will be a journal of my photography journey through the year 2014. Comments and advice are welcomed as there are a lot to be learned from the seniors here. Hopefully, when I looked back at the end of the year, I will find myself a much improved photographer.

Edited:
Decided to edit and repost the original photo in its original glory as personally cannot stand my original PP. keke. Of course, the glaring mistakes of busy background and lack of eye contact still exist, and will serve as reference for future learning.

great start :) especially no4.

richiemccaw1, thanks for dropping by and the compliment. Still in process of learning.

We will always be learning something new everyday. The day when we become satisfied with what we have is the time when the rot starts to set in.

keithwee, thanks for the encouragement. After starting, it will be a challenge to sustain the APWP project till the end of the year. Hopefully, I can keep posting till then.

richiemccaw1, I agreed that we always have something new to learn in photography. Even now, I believe that few years down the road, I will have a laugh at my first year APWP photographs and my crude skills. As already I am feeling that now after seeing the works of some of the seniors here.. ha.
