now car owner kanna this ERP, next could be those taking bus/mrt kanna fare hike ... looks like only those who walk or cycle wont kanna any increment

Its MAD.

But the situation in Orchard earlier was quite bad. Was schooling there earlier. Most likely due to the start of the school holidays. The crowd there was also horrible...

Actually I dont mind paying a few dollars if the authority can guarrantee that I can drive at 60km/hr on Orchard Road. Nowadays I hardly can drive above 20km/hr at/near Orchard area.
