Low light zoom lens for canon 750D

Which focal length range? What is low light for you?
For the equivalent range of your kit lens you can have a look at Canon's EF-S 17-55 f/2.8, Tamron's 17-50 f/2.8, Sigma has something similar.
If you want something a bit longer, have a look at EF 24-70 f/2.8.
Keep in mind that wider aperture in zoom lenses always has the side effect of larger lens diameter = more weight = higher price.
For prime lenses in the focal length range of the kit lens you can have a look at EF-S 24 f/2.8, EF 40 f/2.8, EF50 f/1.8 (or 1.4). All are small and lightweight.
