well, if there is some light weight (aluminium build?), acceptable frame size after folding (not to be too big & difficult to carry) but still sturdy ladder available, I will be interested.

Not bad, thought you were using your Sigma lens.
The weight of the ladder is around 3.2kg ..so now looking around for lighter but similarly sturdy substitutes before committing to buy one

Let me know if you source a good light one, 3.2kg plus camera gear is... :sweat: .
