Looking For short and long term Photography Assistant

Hello fellow clubsnap mates.

I am looking for an assistant, whom hopefully can be working with in long term project basis. Shoots can be on both weekend and weekdays and may require odd hours(prewed, wedding day, commercial, family portraits)


Duties for this assistant involves:

1. logistics- carrying of equipment AND safe keeping while on shoot.
2. setting up and keeping of equipment.
3. extra hand and leg for the photographer.

Future plans for the assistant:

1. Being train to understand the flow of jobs
2. Being train to become a second photographer on my shoot.
3. Future business partner.

Applicants need to have simple understanding of camera (ideally Nikon and Sony) and Lightroom operation. Experience in photography and videography(nice to have) and lighting setup will be a plus.
Students from Art institute will be another plus point too.

Rates(Payment)

1. By Hour Rates, $30-50/hr. And the roles on the job and experience.
2. By Day Rates - $400-$600 and the roles on the job and experience.
3. Big projects (projects that last few days) 10-15% of total project earning.

Good attitude and cautious with equipments will be the main part of long term cooperation.
