Here are the 25 real-life bizarre interview encounters:
1. Candidate doodles on his resume while talking
2. Candidate brought all the trophies he won since his schooling days
3. Candidate showed up for the interview in a hat and Hawaiian shirt
4. Candidate answered her phone mid-interview and taught her mother how to cook a dish
5. Candidate stalked female interviewer at the staff entrance

The most common one I get when interviewing people here is an insistence on being promoted to manager after 6 months maximum. Most expect it after the 3-month probation.

I usually seldom get to the interview stage as the candidates with little experience will ask for a higher salary than me.

haha....I have been interviewed by a very gorgeous HR lady before. She was so pretty that I just have to try asking her out. Apparently she is used to such attention and knew how to reverse the situation with such grace and tact. My bad :)
 

I have experienced interviewing:

17. Candidate laughed at every single sentence interviewer said (the candidate was actually nervous)
18. Candidate refused to shake hands (during SARS)
24. Candidate combed her hair repeatedly during the interview (more touching her hair, not literally using the comb)
25. Candidate was over-excited over everything interviewer said (nervous candidate, maybe wanna to show energy & drive)

Just rename the position of Secretary into Stationaries Manager :)
