The most common one I get when interviewing people here is an insistence on being promoted to manager after 6 months maximum. Most expect it after the 3-month probation.

I usually seldom get to the interview stage as the candidates with little experience will ask for a higher salary than me.

"13. Candidate asked interviewer out for a date"

haha....I have been interviewed by a very gorgeous HR lady before. She was so pretty that I just have to try asking her out. Apparently she is used to such attention and knew how to reverse the situation with such grace and tact. My bad :)

I have experienced interviewing:

17. Candidate laughed at every single sentence interviewer said (the candidate was actually nervous)
18. Candidate refused to shake hands (during SARS)
24. Candidate combed her hair repeatedly during the interview (more touching her hair, not literally using the comb)
25. Candidate was over-excited over everything interviewer said (nervous candidate, maybe wanna to show energy & drive)
