Location for shooting car?

Other then quiet carparks, what other places are suitable to photograph car?

A well used location is Dempsey Road. When I was shooting for Torque, we make the cars go round and round the fountation at Suntec to do panning shots. Can also consider that quiet stretch of road at Lim Chu Kang. Try to find some shots for the Nissan GT-R, pretty interesting. They did it in congested urban streets.

Forgot to eleborate more, that is shooting in kind of car "portrait" mode with scenary if possible.
