Llight at the end of thunnel?

Hi! I would like to seek your comments and feedback on the following shot taken in shanghai china

I was travelling underground in the tunnel and colourful lighting along the way.
This was taken with a very long exposure of 16 seconds with pns camera samsung i8...

Please comment on the following

- Framing/Composition (e.g. how appealing/interesting is the pic?)
- Exposure/Tones
- Color/WB

This is related to last thread "Tunnel" and I think the title name "Light at the end of tunnel" could be better as I would like to imagine taking time travel machine back to the future - remember michael J Fox movie I watched some year back......

Light at the end of tunnel? but the tunnel was full of different colour light?

There is a lack of synergy between the title and photo. The lights are all over the tunnel, not just at the end.

It is an interesting picture, no doubt, but from your previous image, nothing much new, except more lines are now present. I personally see no point in seeking critique for two photos that are almost the same.
