Calling all shutterbugs! The LIVE GREEN Photography Contest is now on! We are looking for photos that depict the different ways in which we can live green in our daily lives.

Submissions must be in by 25 August 2012.

• All submissions shall become the sole and exclusive property of the Singapore Environment Council (SEC).
• SEC shall own and have the sole and exclusive right to use, copy, distribute, translate, modify and prepare derivative
works of entries, as well as the right to authorise such uses by others.
• SEC will not be held liable for any copying, re-posting or unlawful use of the submitted photographs.

if all the submissions become the sole and exclusive property of SEC
then who else is to be held liable for copying, re-posting or unlawful use of the submitted photographs?

how can you demand full rights and not want to take responsibility when something happens?
does this mean that the participant will still he held liable?

The amanded version is fair now as long as the photos that has been submitted can be used for promoting the competition. Organiser can also add if in the future they would like to use the photos for other purpose not related this competition, organiser can contact the photographer to discuss about license of displaying their photos.
