I am going to do a photo-walking in Little India on 3rd of November to capture the preparation for Deepavali celebration. The timing will be from 3pm till 6pm.

Anyone interested to go with me?

The lighting is up along little india, you can get pictures of the various lighting and decorations that are put up there. I'm not sure if the temples have some sort of plans for the occasion.

Since it's weekend as well as a public holiday, there'll be lots and lots of people there and be very crowded. So going there on a public holiday or weekend is not recommended unless you love the crowd.

Beside lighting, if you are going during day time, you can actually capture shots of people buying stuffs to prepare Deepavali (if it's before eve) such as flower stalls and so on.
