Attended a late meeting so my wife had to fetch our daughter. On the way back, the sky looks good for a sunset so I decided to take a detour.

Trying to capture a bit of motion with this. The AF-C tracks pretty well but the "Lock on AF" doesn't.
capturing kids with mirror less is still quite a challenge, did well here with nice expression of the girl, your daughter?
Yep, the older one. I tried to get some motion blur with this pic to show the speed at which she is jumping
The balloons didn't blur much though. Overall, the AF-C with A7S is ok. I didn't shoot with a very shallow DOF so that may help too.7 Jan 2015 (Wed) - Evening view from Marina Bay East

I angled up to capture more of the sky but the clouds didn't move much :/ Also, I used a new remote app and screwed up on the timer settings (explains the weird 158s exposure) and had to underexpose by more than 1 stop in PP. Luckily, most of the details is not overblown.

Testing the 85mm for a birthday event and it's pretty good. AF is slow but still works ok for snaps. Best thing I like is that is very portable even with the EA4.

I carefully took 4 frames handheld while trying to avoid moving objects in the overlapping parts. The stitch turns out quite ok.

Nice view from the point blocks opposite. I tried to use the road to "wrap" around the park but it's too wide even for a full frame 16mm in portrait mode. Maybe I'll try with more frames next time.

Not exactly a shot this year but a re-touchup an old fav of mine. This was taken 2 years back during a trip to Hokkaido and Tokyo. The wind is strong up in the sky deck and no tripods are allowed. I took this with 1.6s while supporting on one of the many railings there. Back then, I only brought the 14-150mm & 9-18mm and shot in JPEG [emoji14]

Nice blue sky, strong winds and moving clouds today. I tried to combine ND3.0 filter to get (15s exposure) with the Smooth Reflection App (4 shots stitch).
