i rarely post nowadays, but i have to log in to say i don't really like it, the way u frame your subjects in the centre, some tilt is not really necessary, i mean, seriously, if it's my wedding, i won't appreciate shots like these --- the guy staring at his cam, the handycam, the 2 girls wit hthe packet drinks, the girl smiling at something the groom is holding on the hand, i just don't get it.

Hi, i'm sure you take other 'normal' and 'boring' shots of the bride and groom to keep them happy, otherwise it would be hard to look back on your special day as nothing more than a series of art-book style shots, with nary a glimpse of a face, with special moments fuzzed out with something else abstract in focus. Or am i wrong? Some of your shots are really good, like the one with the calendar date and stuff.. but i really like to know if all your shots are in this manner? I do some wedding shoots sometimes and i wonder if the couple would appreciate such shots.

Hi, you are right. The 'normal' shots are my deliverances to the couple. The abstract work only take up a very small portion from each assignment. I will always try to improve myself in each assignment to explore new ideas/composition and expression of mood. Initially, I thought of sharing a mixture of different images (including abstract) since I will try to upload a photo a day but it seems to draw negative response. I guess the couple would appreciate as there are other images to link as a story/mood. Appreciate your comments and I will post more 'normal' images :lovegrin:

hey thanks for your insight, but as for posting your 'normal' wedding shots here... dont want lah! We want to see the abstract stuff here. The 'normal' stuff is what the couple would appreciate, over here we wanna see art!
