1. in what area is critique to be sought?
Composition, focus

2. what one hopes to achieve with the piece of work?
to capture the reflection on the water and also the sky.

3. under what circumstance is the picture taken? (physical conditions/emotions)
Taken in hongkong, avenue of stars.

4. what the critique seeker personally thinks of the picture
- the lights on the buildings are overexposed. how do i overcome that?
- the image seem blur/hazy even though my aperture is set to f/11

maybe you just need to up the F to F18?, do it with a longer exposure of the shutter too.

did u use a Tripod? was the tripod so light weight that the wind kinda like moving it? did u press the shutter button or used a timer or remote?

the compo is great though!
