Lightmeter Guide

Guys, need your help.
Anyone can recommend any lightmeter to me that cost under 300?

I am looking for one that is digital readout, incident metering and possibly the expansion of a spot viewer.

May I know where I could get a used Minolta? I tried TCW, Ruby and they are not selling...

CP quoted me a new Minolta VF for $500... out of my budget.

Keep calling The Camera Workshop or Prime till they have a used Minolta. Once in a while they have one of these great meters! Sekonics are fine too, but many swear by Minolta.......good luck!
