I love photos which have a bit of something going on in every little corner of the frame. Little details easily missed when they're not the main subject. So for this image, you need to tone down the foreground brightness as it's too distracting. I really like the illusion of the moonlight lighting up the rooftops whether it was unintended or not. Bottom framing is too tight for me though, much more of the courtyard would be preferred continued with a subtle play of light. That would bring the attention back to the moon & the rooftops. try vertical panoramic stitching instead as horizontal is not giving enough height.
