I wonder if anyone knows how she (on Flickr) creates this on Photohop:

I guess some Urban Acid is involved?

I am particularly interested to know how she has darkened the background for the kid and animal to stand out prominently, I dont think any flash or artificial lighting was used.

Any thoughts/ suggestions on how to get this look much appreciated.

Looks to be some good exposure decisions, some good natural lighting, urban acid, and a bit of burning.
