what's a recommend lens (& filter) for available light photography (no flash photography) say for a Nikon FE10??

I seem those specs of lens mentioning 14 elements 10 groups.
how do that determine the quality of the lens?

thks!

50mm f/1.8 AF/MF (the cheapest for FE-10)
50mm f/1.4 AF-D/MF
35mm f/1.4 MF
35mm f/2 MF
85mm f/1.4

You can't go wrong with anyone of them. I've used the 50mm f/1.8 MF/AF and 35mm F/2 MF. All are great lenses. :)

leongtoh,
thanks for your recommendation.

28mm f/1.4 is another lens. There's a 50/1.2 MF as well.
