Lens cleaning

Have anyone of you sent your lens to 2nd hand shop or service centre for cleaning fungus, dust and calibration? How much they normally charge?
I went to a 2nd hand shop to check and they charge me $75 per lens for cleaning and calibration. Is it a fair deal?

Sounds cheap for fungus removal, AND calibration AND cleaning.

Nope, it's just cleaning for an old lens, not the focusing screen.
