lenovo Y460 chkdsk issue

hi,

i have just got a lenovo Y460 and within 5days BSOD. im not sure why but its fine now.
however when i try to do a chkdsk on the C drive, and when i restart the com the chkdsk automatically cancels itself, as if the computer pressed anykey on its own. anyone knows whats the problem?

Do chkdsk c: /f /r /x

Maybe you have what we call a "dirty bit" problem with the hard disk.
That's the real technical term.

how do i rectify that? i tired google, but the chkdsk /x C: then u do the chkdsk, does nt work

Since is new, why don't you bring back to lenovo CS for repair or disk replacement? I don't like to take risk on disk, in case encounter data corruption.
