Why fear these people?
It is not the same name.
I read and see that there is no intend to make money from somebody trademark - either in spirit or in intent.
At most just help them out by removing the word makan sutra that seem to be offending them.
There is no need to be 'sian' at all. If they ask for 10 million dollars, what will happen to the chap? I will still be of good cheer if I am him - and just ignore the money demand.
Personally, I am sick of these kind of people. Remind me of some vulgar birds that live in Tibet that feed on rot.
