laptop with fire wire

As far as I know all notebooks (laptop) come with atleast one firewire port (IEEE1394).

Even my 4 year old (compaq presario) notebook has one.

Secondly, it has nothing to do with the OS ( i.e WinXP).

wrong. not all come with firewire. my T43 does not come with firewire, so i resort to using a firewire PCMCIA card...:bsmilie:
