ohh.. I love the 2nd one... argh.. why the plants there.......... lovely sky!

plants are there to show the contrast?
tall vs short. natural vs man made. maybe it doesn't work here.

this one doesn't work as well as the original one I was oooohh-ing about... the concept between nature and man made's not really showing but detracts from a great shot from just that wide-angled, faraway shot of a single lampost with a great dramtic sky to compliment it.. NOW that's man-made with nature....

you have one without the plants? the barb wires can stay

will look for one with dramatic sky and barb wire next time.
cos it was taken outside a stadium and it was surrounded by plants and barb wire to prevent people from peeping.

oh great!! i found someone who has the same kind of obsession with stadium lights and the skies!! haaa...i call stadium lights metal trees...and it was one of the series i had been working on maybe i will drop some photos of them when i get home from camp...yawn...

well, it's my friend who's fascinated with the stadium lights, so i decided to take some for her.

i am really liking the first and especially the second

the colours and portrayal of hidden meanings (i dont know. insert allthatcooltalk in here) is amazing.
