are you buying it at the shops? if so, maybe you can try out the sizes first.

if you're buying it online, lets say at Tago Tech, they should provide the measurements for the different sizes in the website, for you to compare with the measurements of your flash head.

I'm using a stofen omnibounce
the model was for the minolta 5600 or 5400. It's the same size for the 42AM

If you go to Orient Photo in SLS, they sell the Lambecy and they allow you to try... so you'll get the right fit...
