i like it.. but aim left a bit to follow rule of thirds may give better composition. and ur watermark a bit distracting.

A decent effort. :) Here are a few nits though... :)

1. The dog's head has obscured part of the subject's chin and face. If it's possible to re-shoot, try to make sure both "faces" can be caught without any blockage.

2. Background. Avoid distractions, no matter how minor. Being "ngeow" does help. :)

Looks okay to me... just that you need to decide which object you would like to focus, the dog or the lady... personally, the dog could be a better subject given the composition of your picture, blur the rest more and it would be good...
