Korean series - VCD

Bought VCDs of a Korean series.
Mandarin and Korean can be heard at the same time - is this the norm?

yes. turn on the right channel or left channel only so that you won't get a headache

yep, press the "audio" button or similar on your vcd player remote to toggle between digital/analog/left and right channel. One language is in each channel, so if u turn off one u can hear the other one better.
