1) Better language skill which translates into confidence and boldness and bring out different kind of tone, thinking and comment.
2) Possess more $$$ which translate to ability to spend on lifestyle, and entertainment. The kind of questions/issues raise in kopitiam will probably be related towards these needs.

The question is how fast/soon will this happen? Will the witty and wise old-timers fade out quietly?
