KM's RAW MRW file Photoshop CS can read?

You need to update the Camera Raw plug-in.

Thnx...I downloaded Camera Raw 2.4.zip file and i followed the instruction to copy the Camera Raw.8bi file into the Plug-Ins/File Format directory....

restarted my CS...still won't read my Raw file leh...error message comes out as below:

"Could not complete your request because it is not the right kind of document"


:cry: ...Any kind souls out there to lend a hand here?...where did I go wrong?...

Try using trial versions of Capture one pro instead.

Camera Raw 2.4 does not support the D7d MRW. Only Photoshop CS2 camera raw 3.0 and above supports it.

hmm...issit?...but the site did mention that this version do support KM's 7D leh...hiaz... anyone managed to use CS to process MRW files?...wah...bo hua leh...CS cannot use...must get CS2....got such thing one ah?....

My mistake, saw that its supported. Check if the plugin is in the correct directory again, else try another raw convertor.

Are you trying to open a D7d MRW or a D5d MRW? Only D7d is supported.

Are you trying to open D5D RAW? If you are, it's not supported yet. You will have to wait till they release the next version.

Works with CS2, but only for 7D...
