I remembered seeing a few guys walking around taking photos but I was the only one on the bridge with a tripod. Wore a red polo. Ring a bell?

Funny you asked. As I can remember, nobody had given them a name. Those are plastic orbs with LED lightings. People scribbled wishings for the new year on them. They started clearing them on new year's day and should be all gone by now.

When I use a 10 stop ND, they add texture to an otherwise smooth water surface.
