Kenko filter

Is kenko Pro1 Digital Wideband Circular PL (W)<<DMC-Digital Multi Coated>>considered an above average product?

It was attached to my EF85mm, the canon cap was unable to fully slip-into the threading(1/3 in), but the catch still be able to catch and making it so-call secure. Not afrad of dust, since the filter is protecting the lens.

Do note that a CPL is specialized filter, not your allround protector for dust. Take if off if you don't need it.
