Here's sharing a personal experience on revisiting the 4 year old Leica Typ 701 (Leica T) with firmware 1.7 and discussing whether is the Leica T still relevant in 2018's landscape with the Leica CL, TL2 and TL.

Good article Keith, enjoyed it.
I agree, the T is excellent value for money nowadays.
My T affairs culminated recently with a used TL, and despite best intentions, I then got distracted with a used SL, so the TL hasn't seen any use unfortunately.
Whether I sell the TL or keep it remains to be seen, but irrespective, it is a fantastic fun camera.
