Hihi,

Starting another thread to include Food taken with normal cameras as well and handphones.

Still alot to learn :sweat: so would appreciate any constructive comments

This is actually a missed focus shot, there seems to be a bit of back focus and the DOF is abit too thin. :sweat:

This was taken with a Nex 6 + 35mm F1.8 lens.

To be fair, most prime lens can get shots of this clarity , just need some good lights.

This is a straight out of camera JPEG, got the RAW file but didn't edit cost the JPEG was pretty good this time round.

hehe.. erm, did you like actually rearrange a smaller portion for the photo?

the prawn looks so huge, they used to be bigger than those they serve nowadays...

hahaha actually I couldn't remember exactly but the rice was about half full ?? and the prawns does seems a bit bigger that day. Guess I was lucky to get a good serving size of prawns :bsmilie:

oh the bowl was actually really small so perhaps it could have helped to skew the proportions abit.
