not that i endorse bodybuilding, but everytime i feel like slacking off in life in general or whining, i tell myself that there's someone out there [and dozens more like him] who's making sure he makes the most of his life.. and if anyone has a right to complain or slack off, it's him, not me.

This from someone I have admired for decades. Long may he has left us but alot of what he left behind rings of truth that we should all listen to make this world a better place. Dr Carl Sagan.

Not to promote anything about the political stuff. It just for the believes and faith that they have, we shd too for the believe and what we can do in this one and only life time. Others above self :)

Hmm, would be interested to know what Martin Luther King would say if he were to know of the 2008 elections.

Instead of saying "i have a dream...." he'll say "My dream came true!" :cheergal:

Wow - very cool!

I find this inspirational through the gospel of John - that life was the light of all people.

“All things came into being through him, and without him not one thing came into being.
What has come into being in him was life, and the life was the light of all people.”

:)

Mick is an experienced runner and has a child (Phil) who suffers from cerebal palsy. So that he could run, he decided to take his kid out in the wheel chair on his runs and races. It really is fantastic to see them and a great day out for phil.

click here for Mick and Phil's website

Reminds me of Team Hoyt.
