Didn't shoot many actions on the first day, here are some candid shots from there (all taken by K-7 and F*300/4.5):

not too bad but crappy thing is it came with an extended battery (5 hrs) which made it more bulky. I would have preferred to pay lesser for a flushed slim battery (3 hrs).
So now your resources can be diverted under the folder "K7" ?
Now that I have gotten the notebook (which I probably will seldom use!), my finances are more limited for the new K7...will evaluate further.
Wished I had brought along the 18-250 lens. Then at least the people I take will not look like ants but I am pretty amazed by the shots taken so far in here. Some of the action photos are sharp with no hint of blur!

Yes, we are looking forward to see you here in Singapore one day. I had been in Melbourne in 1996 for short holiday. Almost 13 years. Wonder if any changes in Melbourne?
