Bro, just to clarify, the driver has already upgraded the seats to more comfy seats. Also a word of advice for those going in the April trip: Bukit Panorama is roughly 260m high. It's not high enough to be classified as a mountain, so a normal pair of trekking / sports shoes is enough. Remember to bring enough water and torchlight. Torches are important as you will be climbing up the hill at around 430am.

Comfort and cost.....it's up to the individual .....but still need to highlight it out to avoid any unpleasantness before they sign on.

Michael has not mentioned that this is a tour package but is a cost sharing trip between clubsnappers and friends.
Of course if you find that Michael has breach any contract or T&C in CS for posting a paid trip like SGTrekkers or others, kindly PM the mod to inform them about the matter.
Daoyin is probably trying to explain his / her experience with transportation, it's probably not nice to shut a person down when they are trying their best to explain the situation in their own experience unless they are way too hostile.
We do seek your understanding if you find that the service Michael has provided is subpar as it wasn't intended to be a service but as an outing, this would explain the misunderstanding of him using "the customers" as guinea pigs since there wasn't any customers to begin with.
Of course if I were to give my own experience on transport and trekking, I would say you all had lots of room in there, the damn van has even wifi to allow me to surf porn and I go almost everywhere in a pair of sandals and I'm still fine with it... yes, I have been to places too so let's keep it this way.
Anyway, it's good that you enjoyed yourself besides the bad part on transportation and trekking and we hope to see you continue to join the outing in CS and also the upcoming talks and seminars

Why do some people always think other people are like them, out to make a fast buck.
An outing with friends, I hope, means sharing of all cost and unforeseen problems encountered in such a trip.
If you think you are a customer, you should have booked with a tour company and not a club outing.
