Island's peak..

Hi.. I'm still fairly new to singapore.. I see there's a lot of tall buildings in the city, and i think the UOB building is the tallest of them all..

Can anyone give me some info on how to get access to any one of these buildings for a good view of the cityscape? Been thinking about going up, but was too lazy to experiment.. security, permission, fees.. i dunno..

has anyone been up to the top level of these buildings before? or can anyone recommend a good spot of any building for photography? thanks in advance!!
