Hi all, found on the my camera body when shot at f22. This is not from the lens because I tried on different lens but the result is still the same. From the edges, you can see some "marks".

Is this just dust or fungus?

Looks like yr sensor is very dirty. Need to do some cleaning.
It's not fungus? I tried to blow the sensor but still cannot get rid of them. I will be glad if it is not fungus.

Sometimes the dust stick the sensor like a leech.. no matter how u blow also wont get rid.. but the marks on yr sensor looks kinda bad. Have you cleaned it before?

Looks like residue from lens cleaning solution. I hope it's not scratch in CCD filter.

Should there be a need to replace the CCD filter, try to find those guys who converted their Canon cameras to full time IR. I'm sure some guys still keep their CCD filters.

Sent to CSC for sensor cleaning. Ask them if the sensor is damage or not they said they did functional test etc. Looks good. Took some test shots again at f22, the sensor is clean again. :) Thanks everyone for the feedback and concern.

How to check if the CCD filter is scratched?

I am partly at fault for not checking thoroughly. I merely took shots at around f4 because the time of sales was at night and I didn't bring a flash. As long as no damage to the sensor I am ok with just $21.40 to clean. The seller does not know the marks as he got the camera from a CSer also not long ago.

Look like a self cleaning done by the previous went wrong. From the look of the picture, seem like lens cloth was used to clean the sensor.
