There are built-in tutorials, more tutorials on adobe.com, many websites dedicated to teaching photoshop, many books on it, and all easily found via google.

ya..saw your reply..but what i found is the tutorial that teach how to create effect...some of the functions of cs4 i dont even understand...and really got problem following them...therefore really need a guide for beginners...
