Is there a Fourm like CS for Videography?

Would like to know and learn about videography.

Any of u knows of any websites that has online tutorials on video editing? like nice transitions, black and white conversion etc.?

Or is there a Forum(local or overseas) that is similar to CS?

Lastly, anyone knows the difference in functionality of Adobe Premiere and After Effects?

I"ve got 2 friends who are series about videography (one is full time). Had advised them to set up a videography forum since there ain't seem to be one in the local community.

Videomaker is a good place to learn about videography, the forum has lot of nice guys who offer help. Learn most of my stuff from this site and forum.
