Is Red Dot Sight Illegal here?

Used by guys overseas for Bird in Flight shots. Is it illegal to bring into S'pore?

Turn off before triggering the shutter? ;) Or since it's hotshoe mounted, does the camera handle it? :think:

Worst, on the fore head.

If it is mounted on hotshoe, I think it is possible that it can sync with your shutter such that red dot will not appear when shutter curtain is open.
