actually I use that website. I thought it is really accurate most of the time.

The rain chart is not a forecast but reflects actual weather condition real time. If its not accurate, we ought to shut NEA down for good.

If you are referring to the Selex Rainbow Weather Radar (WRX) display as provided primarily with data and information from the S-Band SELEX Meteor 1600S Meteorological Doppler solid state Weather Radar (MDWR), it does have certain false echoes induced by but hardly limited to Anomalous Propagation (AP or AnoProp) such as energy / urban spikes, ground / sea clutter, super refraction / under refraction etc. etc. thus it is not a hundred percent accurate as some might be led to believe though with mathematical algorithm filtering through 16 time domains / 16 frequency domains, it does help alot.
