Is photography allowed for Chinese Opera which is situated in the temple itself, but for public......
Saw many aunties and uncles watching it on the seats provided.
Will I offend anyone or is it rude on the religious point of view?

if you are not sure, ask the temple officials for permission first.

Ask "What cannot be shot", instead of "What can be shot".

u can even go backstage...if u are polite....the last time i did tt they prob tot i was from the press... kekeke..

no problem with shooting this kinda things... unless its 7th month... seen some realli eerie pics during the period at these places...

true of false, I dun know. But I always follow this principle: "Dun be iron teeth"

Is it so necessary that you must take.. if there is a reason, then maybe go ahead, we are in the 21st century... If not, just pass.

I have been advised in China -visiting some of the temples , "not to bring the Buddha back" - ie do not take picture of the Buddha."
