Is it worth buying Sigma lens in Japan?

May need some help from those who have been to Japan or frequent Japan.
I'll be going in 2 weeks time for work and will be staying at Hotel New Otani.
Questions:
1) Is Sigma lens cheaper in Japan than Singapore? I'm looking for the Sigma Tele HSM 500mm F4.5
2) Is there any Camera near where I stay?
3) Is there 2nd shop around Hotel New Otani?

I'm asking because I've got only half day to grab whatever I need and head back to airport.
First time going Japan and most of the website are in japanese so very hard to navigate.
Any kind soul can share with me?
