Hi! A newbie question:

Is it true that all poster size picture (those that wrap round the pillar at shopping malls or places) can only be develope by using Flim only? Digital wise quality can't match can see pixel? :dunno:

Please enlighten!

digital cannot match the quality of a large format 8" x 10" trans drum scanned by a master.

but nowadays most jobs are done digitally anyway.
the difference is that the smaller digital file is slightly more blur than the digital file scanned from an 8" x 10" trans.

but if you will be viewing the poster around 1m away so if you don't put them side by side, the avarage viewer don't know the difference.

If you have a hasselblad H2D you can safely say my digital is better than your film.
