kind of a tricky question to answer....

those who have been through such an experience will tell you it is possible. those who have not (either through very good self-control, no opportunity, etc.) will tell you not possible.

Can a guy be in love with 2 gals at the same time?
of cos it is possible ... but whether it is right or not is another different matter ... ultimately, he can only marry one of them (at least in Singapore and most part of the world) and leave the other :bheart: ... of cos, tt is assuming that both the gals are  with him too ...

the next Qn to ask is that "is he really in love with both of them or jus lusting after both of them (or one of them)?"

Possible only if the 2 gals loves each other too. else Hell will break loose.

The Uncle with 3 lovers is not as great compare to one reported years back in Malaysia, think got 7 wives and dunno how many children all living together.

I have 2 lovers too.. my 1Dmk2 and 40D

That's my opinion too... I don't think it's love. It's more... He *wants* both of them.

dun be taken in by ppl who is irresponsible in "loving" ... they are willing to start 2 relationships at the same time but they cannot keep the commitment for marriage (the ultimate reason for a relationship) to both ...

ultimately, one of the parties (or both) are going to be hurt ... if the guy can behave so irresponsibly, who is to say that there are no 3rd, 4th, 5th party? maybe now he was caught with the 2nd party ...

yes jill,
definitely possible.
but you'll have to define definition of 'love'.
it's a very subjective term.
eg : love to have both? heh .. seems like the 9pm show on CH8.. where Zheng Geping says he loves female lead and others too ..

I didn't realise the ultimate purpose of a relationship was marriage.
I think that it's easy to love more than one person. there are so many amazing people out in the world who fufill different aspects of us.why should we be restricted to loving one person?

it really depends on what your definition of love is, and what the other party's expectations towards you are.

if I have a girlfriend but I love another girl also, isn't that possible.

Relationships have been in existence for thousands of years before there was the concept of marriage. And early marriages were all about ending wars or joining property, not love.

I think it might be a ver SG way of thinking that a relationship is just a prelude to marriage, that it's always Sweethearts -> Dating -> bf/gf -> marriage.
