Is it alright to repost pics from clubsnap?

hey. i came across this blog. i frequent clubsnap so i knew those pics came from here. i noticed tt 3 pics posted on the car show model were ripped of here w/o the photographer watermarking the pic. is it or is it not ok to use these pics?

hey witness, at least u watermarked ur pics. maybe u'll be famous but there are 3 non-watermarked pics he posted which are also from a CS member.

Ok guys... I did a huge favour for you all and ask the person to remove and refrain from leeching any more photos. Let see if he does remove it.

I am just making a wild guess but I think he is one of the members in Club Snap too.

I think it is alright for others to use my pictures for forum or weblog as long as the keep the photo as it is including the copyright notes and a credit to you.

As long as they don't say they took/own that photo, sell it, published it. If they wanna use your photos for websites or publication, they should ask your permission the least to speak. I know hotstuff magazine always use others' photos and never ask permission or put the wrong credit to the wrong person. :angry:
