Is early June a good time to head down to Thailand?

I'm actually planning to make a trip down to Thailand for a short holiday of two weeks max. Before I contemplate on the dilemma of pursuing my studies.

Just wanted to ask fellow members who have been there if June would be a good time to be in Thailand weather wise?
